PROJECT : TECHINICAL

The Company established its plant at Irukkur Village, P.Velur Taluk, in Namakkal District, About 6 Km from National Highway - 7, At P.Velur Junction, to manufacture Quality Kraft paper. The Kraft paper is extensively used in packaging, Wrapping and for manufacture of Corrugated Boxes. The project envisages to manufacture Paper & Board of thickness ranging from 80 GSM to 250 GSM and BF ranging from 16 to 24 in Unit-I, with a latest multi layer machine, to meet the customer requirements, the Lower GSM and 14 BF range Kraft Paper is manufactured in Unit-II. The Plant is well connected for easy transportation of raw materials and finished goods.

FACILITY :

The company has an installed capacity of 25000 MT Per Annum in Unit-I. 15000 MT Per Annum in Unit-II, to manufacture quality Paper & Board in all the varieties. The work force is trained to handle, round the clock production and operation , over 2 decades

POWER :

Apart from Electricity Supply, the company has its own captive power generation of 1200 KVA for Unit-I and 1020 KVA for Unit-II, for non-stop production.

WIND ENERGY :

The Company has installed 3 Nos of 750 KVA NEG MICON Wind Energy Generators, to produce green energy .

MAINTENANCE FACILITY :

The company is equipped with inhouse machine shop in Unit-I & Unit-II, to cater the urgent needs of preventive and break-down maintenance jobs, to reduce the machine down time round the clock.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENTS :

We have planned and installed branded equipments. We do maintain adequate spares and machine utilities , to ensure non stop and smooth functioning of the plant.

WATER :

Water being the major commodity for paper production, we have taken due care for uninterrupted water supply to the plant, for Unit-I and Unit-II separately. We have adequate storage capacity tanks for non- stop operation.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE :

We have a full time team & a part time committee to discuss and upgrade the mills.

The company has established contacts with leading raw material suppliers for both local and imported raw materials.

QUALITY :

The company has an inhouse Quality Control facility to deliver quality finished product to the expectation of the customers. The results are periodically cross verified with the external quality control agencies.

SUPPLY :

As per customers specification, consistant supply can be maintained at short notices. Our motive is Just In Time (JIT) inventory for all our customers.

QUALITY IMPROVEMENT / ENERGY CONSERVATION :

The Company dedicated itself for continues improvement of Quality & Energy Conservation at all levels .
